Approvals and audit log

AI staff that ask before they act

The safest AI employee is one that writes drafts and asks before anything leaves the building. That is how LTFI's staff work.

  1. What waits for a yes

Posting, sending mail, publishing, client messages, spending and changes to a client site wait for the person who owns that area. The default is to ask.

  2. Standing approvals

When you trust a kind of work, you can tell LTFI to stop asking about it. That becomes a standing approval you can see and take back at any time.

  3. What only a person can do

Rules and instructions, who approves what, permissions, credentials, deleting and money stay with people. An AI teammate can't change them.

  4. The activity log

Every action by the staff and the team is written down in plain words, newest first, so it is always clear who did what and who said yes.

Questions

AI staff with approvals and an audit log

Can an AI teammate send an email without me?

Not unless you give a standing approval for that kind of email. By default it drafts the email and waits for the person who owns it.

Can I see what the AI did yesterday?

Yes. The activity log lists every action by the staff and the team, with the time and who approved it.

Can I approve from my phone?

Yes. The approval queue works on a phone, with the decision buttons on each item.

Most MSPs are resellers. Kief Studio is the manufacturer.

A reseller sends your problem to the company that made the software. We are that company: we build LTFI and run it, so the people you talk to can change it. Book a walkthrough and see it on your own business.
