What this public site is

This site explains LTFI and how Kief Studio delivers: tech and marketing as a team for businesses that hire us. Sites, content, search work, hosting, and security are included for what we run. This surface is not legal advice, not a full security audit, and not a catalog of products you install yourself.

Acceptable use of the public site

• Do not try to break, overload, or scrape this site in a way that harms it.
• Do not pretend you work for, or are partnered with, Kief Studio or LTFI unless that is true.
• Do not use public demos to harass, defraud, or attack other people.

Public tools

Any public check, demo, or on-screen instrument is a look at what we operate. It is not a promise, not a substitute for scoped work, and not a license to run or resell those systems yourself.

No warranty on the public site

The public site is provided as-is. We aim for accuracy and uptime. We do not promise the public pages are error-free or never go down. Promises about paid work live in a signed agreement.

Paid work

When you hire Kief Studio LLC, we host a private setup for your company and we do the work on it. That setup can include a private company network, dedicated computers, logins for your people, a portal, a locked cabinet for passwords and keys, a website (with a writing desk when you need one), and, when the work needs it, a private code home. We pick the website tools with you. That can be Ghost, Payload, Svelte, Next.js, Django, or another setup that fits.

You pay a monthly plan. That plan includes the hosted system for that plan, a set number of hours, Discord support, and the features named on the plan. Hours you do not use do not carry into the next month. Work past those hours, extra logins above the plan, and work outside the plan are billed after we tell you the cost. Overnight coverage is only included when the plan says so, or when we add it in writing.

You do not install LTFI. You do not run our security console. You do not log into the servers we manage unless we set that up on purpose for a named reason.

What you own

• You own your name, logos, and brand files.
• You own your writing, your data, and your domain names.
• You own custom code that we put in your private code home, unless a file named LICENSE in that home says something else. If that file exists, it wins.
• You own the export we give you when the work ends: your files, your content, and your custom code.

What you do not own

• You do not own LTFI or any other part of the system we run.
• You do not own Kief Studio tools, playbooks, or internal code.
• You do not get to take the private network, the key cabinet, or the portal home as software you run yourself.
• Tools we host for you, such as Ghost or Payload, keep their own licenses. Those licenses do not become yours.

If a file named LICENSE sits in a code home we host for you, that file decides who owns the code in that home. If there is no license file, custom code we put in your private code home is yours. LTFI software and Kief Studio software are never yours.

While we work together, you may use the LTFI screens we run for your company. That permission is limited, is not exclusive, and cannot be handed to someone else. When the work ends, that permission ends. We then give you what is yours, and we shut down what is ours.

Public site design and marks

Site design, copy, atmospheric art, and brand marks on ltfi.ai are property of Kief Studio LLC unless a note says otherwise.

When the work ends

When an engagement ends, we give you an export of what is yours: brand files, content, data we hold for you, and custom code in your private code home. We then shut down the private network, the key cabinet, the portal, and the other LTFI surfaces we ran for you. You do not keep a copy of LTFI software.

Limitation

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Kief Studio LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the public site. For paid work, liability is set by the engagement agreement. If there is no signed agreement yet, our total liability for paid work is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Worcester County, Massachusetts, have venue, unless a signed agreement names a different place.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date below is the latest revision. Continued use of the public site after changes means you accept the revised terms for that surface. Paid work already under a signed agreement does not change unless that agreement says it can.
