Information about LTFI and how Kief Studio delivers: tech and marketing as a department for businesses that hire us. Sites, content, SEO, hosting, and security included for what we run. This surface is not legal advice, not a formal security audit, and not a self-serve product catalog you install yourself.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to break, scrape abusively, or overload the site
- Do not misrepresent affiliation with Kief Studio or LTFI
- Do not use public demo surfaces to harass, defraud, or attack third parties
Ownership
Site design, copy, atmospheric art, and brand marks are property of Kief Studio LLC unless noted. Client work stays under the client agreement — including ownership of brand assets, content, and deliverables where that is the deal.
Public tools & instruments
Any public assessment, instrument demo, or illustrative HUD is informational proof of what we operate. It is not a warranty, not a substitute for a scoped engagement, and not a license to self-host or resell those systems.
No warranty on the public site
The public site is provided as-is. We aim for accuracy and uptime; we do not promise the public pages are error-free or uninterrupted. Engagement SLAs live in signed agreements.
Limitation
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Kief Studio LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the public site. For paid work, liability is set by the engagement agreement.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date below reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the public site after changes means you accept the revised terms for that surface.
